Terms of Service
We have updated and adjusted our terms based on FiveM Terms of Service, donors that help cover costs incurred by the servers are eligible for community perks. All funds collected are to go directly to cover all server costs and not for profit. A percentage of these funds will also be sent to support the FiveM project on a monthly basis which gives our servers additional benefits in doing so.
All money from perks are non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback will result in a permanent and irreversible ban from our servers and our store. Your funds go directly to cover the costs of the servers monthly expenses..... Perks are given to those who help support this community to show our gratitude.
Failure to follow all Discord and Server Rules can result in a Ban from the Server & Loosing your Benefits!
Supporting does not make you immune to Server Rules or Discord Rules. If you break a rule you still get treated normally and will face consequences. The only person who has rights to all benefits is the person who paid to support us, The supporter is the only person that will receive and claim benefits. Benefits can not be sold or given to someone in any type of way, Example: For any type of money, or transferring the rights to the benefits received. Any type of selling or transferring items will result in a ban.
For any Gang Tier the supporter has full rights to all benefits. Gangs are prohibited to be sold for any type of currency and have ownership transferred to another person. If the supporter decides to leave the server the gang could be taken out of the server if it is inactive without the supporter/Owner of the gang! [ Transferring Owner Ship of a Gang is Prohibited in any way ].
Failure to follow Terms of Service will result in Termination of Your Gang!
By following through with this contribution, you accept our terms of service and understand by no means are these transactions refundable.
